So, I decided to check the tracking number and interestingly found out this item has been seized in the Malaysian airport. Western Digital 1TB My Passport SE for Mac is formatted properly - Mac OS Ext. It was taking so long since I handed my hard drive but there was no sign/update from either WD or FedEx. Then I tried to seek help from WD Australia, after lots of back and forth they organised a FedEx pick up from my place to be sent back to Malaysia for. A few months ago when I wanted to back up my mac I realised that it's spinning but nothing happening, simple is that. Of course, when it's for back up you take well care of it and connect it to your computer once in a while and put it in a safe place till next time. I bought a WD my passport 4TB 2 years ago for backing up my essential data.
